HART Prize for Human Rights: Exhibition & Prize Giving
This event will showcase work from the HART Prize for Human Rights, which attracts many diverse entries from across the UK and the world. We will be exhibiting a selection of the most striking, thought-provoking pieces, including paintings, collages, films, poems and short stories. The exhibition will also include photographs and information from our partners around the world, providing an intimate insight into human rights issues; particularly those which are missed in the mainstream media.
The exhibition will offer new, creative perspectives on human rights in Burma, Syria, Nagorno-Karabakh, Nigeria, South Sudan, Sudan, Timor-Leste and Uganda, and will celebrate the work, passion and commitment of young people.
Baroness Cox, Founder and CEO of HART is judging the competition and will give a short presentation on the night before announcing the winners of each category.
Refreshments will be provided.
This event is free, though we welcome donations to enable this competition to run in future years.
It is essential that you register attendance, please book early to avoid disappointment:
