Become a HART Hero today!
We are looking for creative, motivated and passionate people to become ambassadors of HART and to champion the work of our partners in your community.
Becoming a HART Hero gives you the chance to campaign, fundraise and volunteer for HART in a meaningful way by raising awareness of human rights abuses that so often go unnoticed, and raising essential funds for our local partners.
To be recognised as a HART Hero, we want you to demonstrate your commitment to helping HART’s partners in the following three ways:
- Campaign – In order to advocate for our partners, we need as many people as possible to be made aware of the human rights atrocities going on in their communities, so that we can all campaign for change. Engage with us online or organise an awareness-building campaign to spread the word about HART.
- Fundraise – whether you take part in a sponsored challenge or you organise your own event, our local partners rely on your generosity to maintain the success of their projects. The funds you help to raise could go towards the employment of school teachers, medical staff, or much needed food and equipment.
- Volunteer – we need you to volunteer your time or skills to help us support our local partners in many different ways. From admin, events assistance and blogging, we have plenty to keep you busy. If eligible (aged 13-25), you could also enter the HART Prize for Human Rights.
On completion of all your activities, you will be hailed as a HART Hero and recognised as an ambassador with a certificate presented to you by Baroness Cox at a reception in the House of Lords.
If you’re ready to get started, please fill out this form.
