This week, Baroness Cox, alongside members of the House of Lords, advocated on behalf of Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) as Azerbaijani and Turkish aggression continues to devastate the region despite global calls for a ceasefire and Artsakh’s position under the UN Charter as a sovereign independent state.
