Hearts and Hands: An Exhibition of pictures in association with the work of HART

Hands are there to help and the motivation comes from the heart. 

Philip Vickers, Director of Justice et Solidarite Mondiales (JSM), has produced a set of paintings in association with the work of HART and JSM.

Note from the artist: “These paintings all refer to countries and situations which are part of HART’s work, with the exception of Syria and Israel/Palestine. It is the artist’s hope that these paintings add a different dimension to that of photography, on which they are all based, again with the exception of those involving abstract art. Their message is completed by their captions: pictures and words support each other. Justice et Solidarite Mondiales is a Franco-British human rights NGO, headquartered in Paris, and works as the French liaison agency of HART-UK. Hands are there to help and the motivation comes from the heart.”
