Today, on Armenian Genocide Memorial Day, HART Founder and CEO has published a report entitled, “Continuing Impunity: Azerbaijani-Turkish offensives against Armenians in Nagorno Karabakh.”
The report is an addendum to ‘Ethnic Cleansing in Progress: War in Nagorno Karabakh’ (Cox and Eibner, 1993).
