On Wednesday the 5th December, Baroness Cox (crossbench) responds to Baroness D’Souza’s question asking the UK Government what plans they have to provide resources for reconstruction programmes in Syria.
Baroness Cox asks how aid and support for areas under government control will be ensured, stating: “Many thousands of Syrians, of all faiths, wish to return to their homes in these areas because they are now safe from jihadist attacks but desperately need help with reconstruction.”
