We are delighted to be a part of The Big Give Christmas Challenge, a match-funding campaign where all donations received between November 30th and 7th December 2021 will be doubled!
In order for HART to participate, we must secure a minimum of £1,000 in pledges by 5pm on August 27th. The minimum pledge is £100 but don’t worry, pledges are not paid to HART until after the campaign has closed on 7th December 2021.
Pledges are the heart of The Big Give Campaign as they contribute half of the match-funding pot and are integral to HART’s success.
With funds raised via The Big Give, we hope to purchase and equip a mobile education van that will travel to remote areas of Nigeria’s North and Central regions to reach displaced children who have suffered near-constant conflict at the hands of Boko Haram and Islamist Fulani herdsmen over the last decade. Being mobile, the van will reach more children, be less vulnerable to attack and support local community requests for flexible education amid conflict.
In total, we are seeking £3,786 in pledges. By pledging a minimum of £100 for our campaign, you will play a huge part in helping to double every donation received in the first week of December, where as little as £1 will be doubled.
