It has been 155 days since Azerbaijan imposed a humanitarian blockade against the Armenians of Nagorno Karabakh. The blockade prevents food and medicine from passing through the Lachin Corridor, the only land route into the region.
Today, we wrote to the Swiss Foreign Minister to urge an immediate response. The letter is co-signed by members of human rights group ‘Save Karabakh Coalition’. We’re urging Switzerland to make the most of its brief Presidency of the UN Security Council – to act quickly to prevent the destruction of Nagorno Karabakh’s population.
